System Performance

In June 2017, MDHI engaged Focus Strategies, Inc, to begin gathering and analyzing HMIS, HIC, and program budget data using their SWAP suite of tools. The tools will produce an analysis of HMIS data quality and project level performance based on HUD and HEARTH-aligned metrics. The four primary intervention types will be analyzed - emergency shelter, transitional housing, rapid rehousing, and permanent supportive housing - to get a much better sense of the effectiveness of the existing homelessness system in Metro Denver.

Stay tuned for updates as this project progresses. The target date for completing this report is Winter 2017.
