Director, Finance and Administration

The Metro Denver Homeless Initiative (MDHI) is a private, nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide leadership in the development and coordination of regional strategies to prevent and end homelessness. The Metro Denver Continuum of Care (CoC) is a regional system that coordinates services and housing for people experiencing homelessness.

The Director of Finance and Administration will be a strategic thought-partner, and report to the Executive Director (ED). The successful candidate will be hands on, leading and supporting the following areas for MDHI: finance, business planning and budgeting, human resources, administration. The Director, Finance and Administration will play a critical role on the senior leadership team in strategic decision making and operations as MDHI continues to build capacity and increase its influence in the community. This is a tremendous opportunity for a finance and operations leader to maximize and strengthen the internal capacity of a well-respected, high-impact organization.
