MDHI and CSH Partner to Provide Free Supportive Housing Training Series

Thanks to a partnership with CSH, MDHI is offering a free supportive housing training series for community programs interested in enhancing their supportive housing service delivery.

CoC-funded programs are encouraged to participate.

Making Supportive Housing Work: Part 1 – Property Management in Supportive Housing.  Learn more about building a landlord infrastructure; coordination with service staff; & become familiar with common issues faced by property management - lease-ups, managing crisis & eviction.
