Continuum of Care NOFA - Open Office Hours

In preparation for the FY2018 CoC NOFA competition, MDHI has scheduled NOFA office hours for dates in May and June. These office hours will provide a forum to learn more about the process for the upcoming CoC NOFA competition, ask questions, and provide feedback to MDHI.

NOFA office hours are meant for both current grantees and new applicants. In fact, we strongly encourage organizations who have not applied or who have not been funded through the CoC NOFA in previous years to attend and learn more about how to prepare a successful submission.

Funding Opportunities

Family Unification Program (FUP) Vouchers NOFA - HUD has announced a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for $30 million in new FUP vouchers for Public Housing Authorities, in collaboration with local Public Child Welfare Agencies (PCWAs) and the CoC. FUP vouchers are also utilized for Youth at least 18 years old who are homeless and have previously or are currently exiting the foster care system.

CSH and the Council of Large Public Housing Authorities (CLPHA) are jointly hosting a webinar focused on strategies that local public housing authorities, public child welfare agencies and homelessness response system partners can use to maximize Family Unification Program (FUP) housing vouchers as a platform for family and youth success. Due 7/24/18. Register for 5/16 webinar.
