MDHI is Now Accepting CoC Membership Applications
MDHI Stakeholders and Board of Directors recently voted to adopt a new CoC Governance Charter. The charter defines CoC membership benefits and responsibilities. Interested parties are invited to complete a brief membership application.
Read the full informational post and find the application here and please share this opportunity with others who may be interested in joining.
We Want to Hear About Your RRH Program! Take the Self-Assessment
MDHI is asking Rapid Re-Housing providers in our CoC to complete a RRH Self-Assessment. You can access the assessment by following this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RRHself-assessment
Staff at all levels are encouraged to complete the assessment. The information collected will help inform future iterations of our CoC’s RRH Written Standards and will give us a better sense of how your RRH program fits into our crisis response system.
Please reach out to Jackie.Hernandez@mdhi.org if you have any questions about the assessment.
MDHI is now offering one-time Flex Fund assistance to households (individuals and families) experiencing homelessness in the Metro Denver region. Any organization that is a member of the CoC and partners with OneHome can request the assistance for households in need. Funding is limited and not all requests will be approved.
Read for more information about eligible costs and how to request assistance.
Have you RSVP'd for HMIS Project Set-Up??
In preparing for the HMIS transition to BitFocus' Clarity Human Services, specific funding and project types are invited to attend these meetings to help support consistent HMIS project setup across the MDHI CoC. The MDHI HMIS Lead Agency will be on hand to listen to what has worked, what you desire in the new system, and everything in between.
