Board of Directors

The Board establishes policy and directs the activities of the organization and its committees. Board members govern the overall direction of MDHI and provide input and resources to our programs. Participation in a leadership role offers members a chance to be a key player in shaping the future of MDHI while gaining practical leadership experience and developing a network of professional contacts.

  • We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our Board of Directors. As a key player in MDHI's future, board members will guide our strategic decisions and amplify our impact. We invite all who are interested to apply, but we highly encourage applications from individuals who bring non-profit financial knowledge and expertise to help strengthen our board governance and resource management.

    The Metro Denver CoC is in the process of changing its governing structure. MDHI is recruiting for a term of board service on MDHI’s non-profit board. This board position will help guide the CoC governance process and ensure the fiscal and operational health of MDHI.

  • The Conflict of Interest Policy is intended to emphasize the CoC’s commitment to the highest standards of integrity, fairness, and conduct. Each CoC member is responsible for avoiding any actual conflict of interest and the appearance of a conflict of interest to ensure maximum public trust.

  • The Conflict of Interest Policy applies to all CoC members, including members of the Board of Directors, Council and Committee members, and members voting at the annual stakeholder meeting or in any other capacity. All CoC members are required to sign our Conflict of Interest Form.
