Community Snapshot Dashboard

The Community Snapshot Dashboard provides a high-level view of homelessness system activity, key populations, and housing outcomes across the Metro Denver region. Built from privacy-protected HMIS data, the dashboard is designed to help communities, partners, funders, and policymakers quickly understand trends and system performance without exposing personally identifiable information. A unique feature of this dashboard is the ability to filter data by both county and city, allowing users to explore local trends and better understand the populations being served in their communities. The dashboard also includes a new Returns to Homelessness section, which follows HUD's System Performance Measure methodology to examine the percentage of households who exited to permanent housing and returned to homelessness within a 24-month period.
