When it comes to housing, Colorado is at a tipping point. Pick up any form of local media and words such as “crisis,” “bubble,” “homelessness,” and “gentrification” crown the headlines. In advance of the June 13, 2018 MDHI Stakeholder Meeting, we are posting an updated version of the MDHI Governance Charter for public comment. A Continuum of Care (CoC) Governance Charter is the document that formally documents how responsibilities are assigned within the CoC. It outlines how the CoC is operated, what membership means, and how decisions are made.

I wanted to inform you of a staffing change occurring at MDHI and OneHome. During the month of May, I will be transitioning out of my role as OneHome Program Manager and into the role of Manager of System Performance, still at MDHI, in June.
In preparation for the FY2018 CoC NOFA competition, MDHI has scheduled NOFA office hours for dates in May and June. These office hours will provide a forum to learn more about the process for the upcoming CoC NOFA competition, ask questions, and provide feedback to MDHI.
