FY26 NOFO Collaborative Application and Project Priority Listing Posted

The CoC Program’s Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is an intensive, year-round community planning and coordination process. As the Collaborative Applicant for the seven-county Metro Denver region, MDHI is responsible for submitting our community's application to HUD, securing nearly $35 million annually to address homelessness across our region.

Thank you to everyone who contributed feedback and input on this year’s Collaborative Application! Your support was vital in strengthening our regional submission to HUD.

Following review, the Metro Denver CoC Governing Board has officially approved the FY2026 application package. You can view the final materials below:

• FY 2026 CoC Priority Listing: Final project rankings, funding requests, and reallocation details.

These final documents will be submitted to HUD September 29, 2026, by 4:00 PM MT.
